CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Purpose

    1. Each GRAND DUKE wellness solution is unique and exceptional as each of our GRAND DUKE world members. Although working with our organization is a privilege, it is also associated with certain obligations towards us and our members.
    2. The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to set forth the ethical and business standards of our organization which are based on the principles of integrity, fairness, and sincerity. The standards extend beyond our products and also encompass the ethical practices we embrace in sourcing ingredients and conducting business. We are guided by the aforementioned standards and expect our partners to follow them as well. This will ensure the success and growth of the brand. It will also maintain the trust and loyalty of the GRAND DUKE members all over the world.
  2. Ethicality

    1. The GRAND DUKE Code of Conduct is the embodiment of our commitment to ethical business practices. We pledge to uphold the highest standards of integrity, source ingredients responsibly, and promote equality and prosperity for all.
    2. We place paramount importance on sourcing ingredients that meet rigorous ethical standards. Each component that enters our products is meticulously chosen, reflecting our commitment to exceptional well-being.
    3. We pledge to seek ingredients from suppliers who share our values and prioritize partners who demonstrate ethical practices and uphold integrity in their operations.
    4. Our dedication to excellence extends beyond our products, ensuring that every interaction with our organization reflects our ethical values and contributes to a lifestyle of exceptional well-being.
  3. Social responsibility

    1. We actively engage in initiatives that contribute to the well-being and prosperity of the territories where we or our partners operate in.
    2. We strive to make a positive social impact through charitable partnerships and philanthropic endeavors.
    3. We have no political affiliation nor any interests in political organization.
  4. Environmental protection

    1. We support partners who are committed to environmental sustainability and fair trade.
    2. We give priority to products based on organic ingredients.
    3. We are committed to responsible sourcing which extends to promoting sustainable practices and protecting biodiversity.
  5. Diversity

    1. Our organization’s position is that well – being, prosperity, and innovation should be accessible to all of our partners, regardless of race and other prohibited grounds.
    2. We are dedicated to embracing diversity and inclusion.
    3. We celebrate and respect the diversity of our partners.
    4. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, disability, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
  6. Legality

    1. Our organization is committed to adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
    2. We strictly oppose the use of any drugs that have been designated as illegal.
    3. Our production facilities are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are Good manufacturing practice (GMP) certified.
  7. Health and safety

    1. We put the health and the safety of our partners as a high priority. This, in turn, enables their businesses and our organization to prosper. It also positively impacts both our partners’ and our reputation.
    2. We regularly inspect our wellness solutions and their ingredients in order to ensure that they: (i) are safe; and (ii) do not pose any risks.
  8. Traceability

    1. We ensure transparency in our supply chain by meticulously tracing the origin and journey of our ingredients.
  9. Testing

    1. We rigorously test our products to ensure that: (i) they do not use pesticides, heavy metals, and chemicals, such as mycotoxins and residual solvents; (ii) they do not contain pathogenic bacteria (e.g., listeria monocytogenes).
  10. Research and development

    1. We continuously invest in scientific research pertaining to cutting-edge technologies.
    2. We have a team of top global researchers (at a PhD level) having substantial product and engineering expertise and seek to expand our team by identifying and hiring new researchers.
    3. We and our researchers accept the challenge of creating innovative and legally-compliant wellness solutions enabling our customers to enhance their masculine experiences.
    4. We continuously strengthen the appeal of our wellness solutions by using bold innovations while, at the same time, respecting our unique and prestigious heritage.
  11. Packaging

    1. We strive to use mainly paper or glass packaging. Studies have shown that plastics may negatively affect the testosterone level of their users. At least ten groups of chemicals found in plastics are regarded as highly toxic and have the potential to migrate or be released from plastics. We aim to provide safe testosterone-neutral packaging materials.
  12. Confidentiality

    1. We strive to use mainly paper or glass packaging. Studies have shown that plastics may negatively affect the testosterone level of their users. At least ten groups of chemicals found in plastics are regarded as highly toxic and have the potential to migrate or be released from plastics. We aim to provide safe testosterone-neutral packaging materials.
    2. We take reasonable information security measures to protect the confidential information of our partners and expect our partners to take similar measures to protect our confidential information.
    3. We take cyber-attacks seriously and have implemented cyber-attack prevention and response plans and expect our plan to implement similar plans.
  13. Due diligence checks

    1. We may conduct due diligence checks regarding our partners and their staff members with the aim to prevent risks to our reputation.
    2. We will not conduct business with organizations for which we know that they or their staff members have been found guilty of criminal offenses. This is because upholding ethical conduct is integral to our mission and organization’s reputation.
  14. Conflict of interest

    1. We routinely conduct internal searches and background checks to prevent conflicts of interest and, if we find the existence of such conflicts, we search for mutually beneficial solutions.
  15. Reputation and cooperation

    1. We are committed to protecting and defending our reputation and the reputation of our partners. We seek good faith cooperation based on mutual respect, shared interest, integrity, and taking responsibility for one’s own actions.
  16. Our assets

    1. Our assets (tangible and intangible) may, subject to our written consent and compliance with all applicable legal documents, be used by our partners exclusively for the purposes of their business cooperation with us and cannot be used for any other purposes.
  17. Amendments

    1. We may amend this Code of Conduct from time to time. All amendments to this Code of Conduct will be effective immediately upon posting. To ensure that you are familiar with the latest amendments, we recommend regularly checking the Code of Conduct.
